QUALITY CONTROL /QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER – EXPATRIATE

Summary
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager with strong hands-on expertise in PET preform manufacturing and injection moulding.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead QC/QA operations across PET preform production
• Monitor raw materials, in-process and finished-product quality
• Manage injection moulding quality parameters and defect analysis
• Drive Root Cause Analysis, CAPA and continuous improvement
• Reduce defects, rejection, waste and customer complaints
• Manage QC laboratory/testing equipment and documentation
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/QMS and relevant standards
• Lead and develop QC personnel and support audits
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Proven experience in PET preforms, injection moulding or plastic packaging
• Strong knowledge of PET resin/preform production and quality testing
• Experience with RCA, CAPA, QMS and process improvement
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Previous international/expatriate manufacturing experience.
