Head of Operations

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Head of Operations to provide strategic leadership, improve operational efficiency, manage teams, and ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve business objectives.
• Monitor operational KPIs and prepare management reports.
• Drive process improvement, productivity, and cost optimization.
• Manage operational budgets, resources, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, HSE standards, and industry best practices.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Resolve operational challenges and escalated issues.
• Support management with business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/HND in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Master's Degree/MBA is an added advantage.
• 8–12 years of progressive operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior management/leadership role.
• Proven experience managing teams, budgets, resources, and business operations.
• Strong knowledge of operational planning, process improvement, performance management, and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant ERP/business management systems.
• Strong commercial awareness and results-oriented mindset.
