Job Summary:
We are recruiting Direct Sales Executives (DSAs) for a top banking institution in Lagos. The role involves driving sales and marketing activities to achieve set targets, develop customer relationships, and promote the bank’s products and services.
Responsibilities:
Identify and engage potential customers to open accounts and use banking products.
Meet and exceed assigned sales/marketing targets.
Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Work closely with the team to achieve branch goals.
Requirements
NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.
Minimum of 1 year of proven sales/marketing experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
