Direct Sales Executive

PREMIUM HR SOLUTIONS LIMITED is currently recruiting for a commercial bank in LAGOS STATE (Apapa)

Job Summary:
We are recruiting Direct Sales Agents (DSAs) for a top banking institution in Lagos. The role involves driving sales and marketing activities to achieve set targets, develop customer relationships, and promote the bank’s products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to open accounts and use banking products.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales/marketing targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
• Work closely with the team to achieve branch goals.

Requirements

• NCE, OND, HND, or B.Sc. qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of proven sales/marketing experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
