Job Description
WE are currently recruiting Agent Field Officers (AFO) for our client, a Top Banking Institution in Abuja
Office Location: Area 11, Area 8, Utako, Central Area, Wuse 2.
Department: Sales/Marketing (Agency Banking)
Key responsibilities include the following:
Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps and savings plans.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Qualification: NCE/OND/HND/BSC
Age: Not more than 35 years.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of sales/marketing experience is required.
Monthly salary: 115,000 - 130,000
+ Robust commission, HMO, pension, 13th month allowance, and other benefits.
