PREMIUM HR SOLUTION LIMITED is currently recruiting Marketing Associates (SME BANKING), Agent field officers (AFO), and Direct Sales Agents (DSA) for a top banking institution in the Northern Region
Locations: Adamawa, Bauchi, Benue, Borno, Gombe, Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Kogi, Kwara, Nasarawa, Niger, Plateau, Sokoto, Taraba, Yobe, and Zamfara. (Kindly choose your preferred state and location on the form.)
Qualification: NCE, OND, HND, BSC
Age: Not more than 35 years.
Experience: 1 to 5 years of experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
•Marketing of retail banking products and services
•Check pickups (revenue collection)
• Prepare call memos
• Prepare target market list
• Respond to customers' inquiries on the activities of the Business Group
• Assist with loan request documentation
Customer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new customers and agents onto the banking platform.
Account Opening: Facilitate the opening of new accounts and ensure proper KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation is collected.
Product Promotion: Actively market and sell the company's financial products, including POS devices, digital banking apps, and savings plans.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing agents and customers to ensure consistent usage of the platform.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly acquisition and transaction targets.
Expected salary: 115,000 - 130,000 monthly
