Job Summary

The Store Keeper will be responsible for receiving, recording, organizing, storing, and issuing materials, tools, equipment, and supplies used at the mining site.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Issue materials and equipment to authorized personnel.
• Monitor stock levels and identify replenishment needs.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation for stock movements.
• Ensure the store is clean, organised, and secure.
• Report damaged, missing, or expired items.
• Prevent stock shortages and unnecessary wastage.

Requirements

• Minimum of OND in Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous storekeeping experience is preferred.
• Good record-keeping and organisational skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Honest, reliable, and detail-oriented.
