Digital Brand Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Brand Manager to grow  visibility, customer base, and revenue through effective branding, digital marketing, sales, and customer engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing and brand growth strategies.
• Drive customer acquisition, lead generation, sales, and revenue growth.
• Manage and grow the brand’s social media presence and online visibility.
• Create and coordinate campaigns for products, collections, and launches.
• Convert social media engagement and enquiries into customers.
• Build relationships with customers, influencers, partners, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer behaviour.
• Track marketing and sales performance and provide regular reports.
• Work closely with the sales, production, and management teams to achieve business goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Fashion Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, brand management, sales, or business development.
• Proven experience in customer acquisition, sales generation, and revenue growth.
• Strong knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, strategic, proactive, and target-driven.
• Experience in the fashion, lifestyle, or retail industry is an added advantage.
